With effect from 1 May next, The Pavilion will be taken over. Since 2014, The Pavilion was operated by the owner of the Schreiershoek. Due to the growth of the holiday park, we started looking for a new operator.
Maarten: We want Het Paviljoen to be known as a good restaurant with a good concept, excellent quality and personal attention for all guests. With the growth in the number of holiday homes, we started looking for a suitable candidate who can give Het Paviljoen the attention it deserves. And we have found it. Monika, together with the existing team, will put Het Paviljoen back in the spotlight from 1 May. We are delighted with this collaboration. Together, we will continue to build a high-quality holiday park. “With a brand new concept and in a prime location on the water, opportunities sail past at your feet. We will continue the success of The Pavilion in a familiar concept; tapas, but in a new jacket”, says Monika.
From Thursday 4 next May, the doors will be wide open and you can once again enjoy fresh and local products, processed in our own kitchen. The “straight from our own garden = directly on your plate” philosophy remains, translated into a great tapas concept. We are open Wednesday to Friday from 3pm, and on Saturday and Sunday from 11am.
Of course, until then we will remain open with the current concept and opening hours.
